One thing that helps is to know the name of all. You can not remember (at least me) when you meet them. But in general there is no such thing as a directory of e-mails, which can help you.
Only a small thing, but I think it helps, so that after a week, I always say, "Hey You".
(Not necessarily in that order)
Show interest colleagues
Do not be afraid to make mistakes, you are a beginner
Be Thrilled
Dress well
Relax ...... everyone is very nervous at first. And everyone makes mistakes. Good luck!

I am a branch manager. So what I do as a new employee, is not so shy. Most new employees feel left out when his classmates joke and say they can not jump, because they are new. Not true! tries, but his boss (not) to impress, if you know something. simply beautiful, if not, other people the impression that you think you are better than them, and there is no conflict.
