The blood leaves the heart under pressure. When the blood reaches the capillary, the pressure was reduced significantly. Why this reduction in pressure, the pressure is important?

Think of this increase in blood pressure indicates that the rate of blood flow may be limited. This means that the heart must pump harder to push the same amount of blood.
The pressure is force per unit area. As you mentioned, that the blood pressure in the arteries reduces the capillary.
Blood pressure drops due to increased cross-sectional area and reduced power.
Thus, the increased pressure means the heart must work harder to pump blood (increased power of the blood). And it's not good for the heart. It can lead to increased hypertrophy, especially on the left side, and perhaps even a decrease in cardiac output.
